Delivering change coaching

Development of personal behavioural flexibility and resilience capacity are often core components of this programme and coaching can be tailored towards strategic leadership aspects such as  vision creation, build trusting alliances and generate engagement, or tailored towards operational management challenges,  such as enabling managers to re-define their services, generate engagement and remove barriers as they navigate their way through the next transformational change. 

A typical individual coaching programme consists of:  

A situational analysis and coaching objectives meeting with the client; a series of individual coaching sessions; a personalised coaching journal, development activities; post-programme impact review with the client.
